Join Chef Paul and his culinary team for an unforgettable dinner this Valentine’s Day weekend. Each night from Thursday, February 13 through Saturday, February 15, Paul’s will be offering classic a la carte holiday specials like Sweet Bell Pepper Soup truffled crème fraiche, Rosette of Chilean Sea Bass and Atlantic Salmon tricolored orzo alfredo, julienne vegetables, orange emulsion, Flourless Chocolate Cake Nutella cream, sour cherry compote. Paul’s regular menu of classic American cuisine will also be available.
