Chef Robert Elliott and the team at Sprig are featuring a prix-fixe, three-course menu on February 14, 2011. Normally closed on Mondays, the restaurant will be open for the occasion with two different seatings, one between 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and one between 8:30 pm. – 9:00 p.m. The dinner costs $40.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and dinner with a wine option is $55.00 per person.
