The role of females in the civil rights movement is often overlooked. HEAR MY STORY: THE UNTOLD STORY OF WOMEN IN THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT SEPT. 20-21 is your chance to hear their side of the story. On Sept. 20, a panel moderated by Sally Sears of WSB-TV features Coretta Scott King, Connie Curry, Lydia Tucker Douglas and Josephine Bradley, who will discuss their perspectives on events. "Hear My Story, an oral history documentary by Sally Sears, also will premiere. Sept. 21's schedule includes various panels, and a symposium on women and gender issues. Free.
