The chimps are down in the world premiere of HOMINID, an adaptation of Chimpanzee Politics: Power and Sex Among Apes by renowned primatologist Frans de Waal, director of the Living Links Center at the Yerkes National Primate Research Center. A co-production by Theater Emory and the often uproarious Out of Hand Theater, Hominid explores "a modern-day Macbeth" involving primate behavior at a zoo in Holland. Ariel de Man directs an impressive cast that includes Carolyn Cook, Chris Kayser, Adam Fristoe and Matt Huff. Through Nov. 22. $6-$18.
