There are certain wines that beg to be paired with grilled fare, and Certified Sommelier, Cate Hatch, has chosen six exemplary bottles that showcase the chosen food of summer barbecues and camping trips. Guests will leave feeling equipped with the knowledge to conquer pairing feasts of fiery foods with the perfect wine. Small bites will be provided by Restaurant Eugene's kitchen team, and seating is limited to 14.
