Food 101's chef Justin Keith is presenting three Summer Crop Dinners based around a seasonal ingredient. The first Crop Dinner, on July 14, will feature fresh corn, which is at its peak in mid-July. the menu will feature five dishes, all highlighting sweet, summery corn. The August 4 dinner will feature house-smoked foods, and August 18 will feature the tomato.
