Valenza is pleased to continue the stuzzichino menu this spring. Stuzzichino is the Italian version of small plates derived from the Italian word, “stuzzicare,” which means “to pick.” Chef Matt Swickerath has crafted a menu featuring a number of affordable and savory Italian dishes. Stuzzichino offerings can be ordered individually or in clusters; at the bar with a drink, or at your dinner table in the main dining room. The stuzzichino menu, featuring about a dozen items, is listed on the chalk board near Valenza’s wooden bar. The price of small plates ranges and the menu changes daily.
