Abattoir executive chef Josh Hopkins will welcome chef Steven Devereaux Greene of Herons at The Umstead Hotel in North Carolina for a Southern Guest Chef Dinner. Enjoy a six-course menu with wine pairings from Martinelli Winery. Reception begins at 6:30 pm and dinner begins at 7 pm.
