When: Thu., Oct. 11, 5 p.m. 2012
During the tour, we will walk to four different restaurants to get a taste of that restaurants most iconic Southern dish. Each chef will interact with the group to tell their own unique story of what Southern Food means to them. Additionally, each chef will pair a whiskey cocktail from American Spirit Whiskey with their plates. The four participating chefs will be: Adam Evans from The Optimist, Linton Hopkins from Restaurant Eugene, Anne Quatrano from Bacchanalia and Ford Fry from JCT Kitchen. Guests will meet up at the Star Provisions parking lot and we will all take a trolley to the first stop at The Optimist. The trolley will transport the group back to the Star Provisions parking lot where we will meet with the other three chefs and finish up the tour.
