Chef Joe Schafer from Parish heads this Simple Abundance Cooking Class. Participants will learn how to prepare Smoked Chicken Thighs with roasted corn hoe cakes and Vidalia onion jam, Roasted Gum Creek Pork Belly with summer hominy stew and cornbread and Georgia Peach Gallette with soft whipped cream. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. All ticket proceeds go to benefit Atlanta's Table, a project of the Atlanta Food Bank.
