Simple Abundance Cooking Class with Chef Tina Aleandri

When: Mon., Feb. 4, 7 & 9 p.m. 2013

The Chopped finalist and Executive Chef of Noche-Vinings will share some of her winning cooking skills. Aleandri will prepare Spanish inspired dishes like Prawn Croquets- shrimp fritters with a Spanish remoulade sauce, Spiced Clams and Tortilla de Patatas- a Spanish omelet. All proceeds from the class will go towards Atlanta’s Table, the prepared food rescue program of Atlanta Community Food Bank.
