Ramen Pop-Up Dinner

Join Chef Obunai and Chef Nakamura on April 19 at 6 p.m. for a Ramen Pop-Up Dinner at Joli Kobe. For $12, guests will enjoy one of two types of ramen, Miso Tonkostsu (pork-based broth) or Shoyu Chicken Ramen, each prepared with Sun Noodles, a Hawaii, Los Angeles, and New Jersey based Japanese craft, fresh noodle company. Owner/butcher Rusty Bowers of Pine Street Market will prepare his famous bacon for the Miso Tonkotsu Ramen. Sponsored by Sun Noodle, Nishimoto Trading Company and Gum Creek Farm, Jolie Kobe’s Ramen Pop-Up Dinner will serve 300 bowls.
