Pasta Tasting Menu

When: Every 3 days, 5 p.m. 2013

Chef Bruce Logue offers an Italian-American neighborhood-inspired menu at his new restaurant. In conjunction with the nightly changing regular menu which includes Black Spaghetti and Penne Pomodoro Ricotta, Logue crafts a four-course Pasta Tasting Menu ($40 per person / $15 additional for beverage pairings). A representative Pasta Tasting Menu features: Handmade Malloreddus and Warm Tuna (fennel pollen, colatura di alici and acqua pazzo), Maccheroni al Torchio (wild boar agro-dolce, ramps and montasio), Truffled Ricotta Cannelloni (porcini besciamella) and finished with a Huckleberry Panna Cotta (milk crumbs).
