Celebrate New Year's Eve with No. 246. The restaurant is serving a four-course menu for $55 per person. Some items include cauliflower panna cotta with frothy sea urchin sweet butter, Osetra caviar soft herbs and brioche; Nantucket Bay scallop carpaccio with Meyer lemon, crispy parsnips with Tennessee black truffles, butter poached Maine lobster with young fennel, blood orange, tarragon, olives and arugula, and brie and white chocolate cheesecake with roasted pears and walnut nougatine.
