The Atlanta Ballet's annual New Choreographic Voices exhibits the company’s commitment to balancing the classics with a healthy dose of the future, as underscored by the highlight of this year's program: Set to a score ranging from mambo and techno to the suave stylings of Dean Martin, Ohad Naharin's Minus 16, making its Atlanta Ballet premiere, stresses improvisation while employing the Israeli choreographer's innovative dance language "Gaga." The evening also includes the world premiere of Gina Patterson's I AM and the return of Christopher Wheeldon's Rush, which made its Atlanta debut during last year's program. There's some nudity, so leave the small fry at home.
