WILL HOGE has had a topsy-turvy career marked by highs and lows, from signing a deal with Columbia Records and leaving shortly after 2003's Blackbird on a Lonely Wire, to singing the theme song for the now canceled CBS sitcom "Still Standing." The Nashville singer has kept his audience throughout, thanks to a sharp rock-and-blues sound and lyrics with an adult perspective on family, responsibilities and dreams. Hoge promotes his new album, Draw the Curtains, at Eddie's Attic Fri., DEC. 21. Nashville performer Justin Townes Earle, son of Steve Earle, opens. $20. 8 p.m. 515-B N. McDonough St., Decatur. 404-377-4976. www.eddiesattic.com.
