Molecular Cooking Class

Executive Chef Tyler Williams of Woodfire Grill will be teaching a molecular class where guests are provided with a hands-on introduction to modern cooking techniques. The cost is $150 and the curriculum will include puffing with tapioca starch, fluid gels and set gels, sous vide cooking, modern plating and much more.
