Chef Val Domingo has prepared a delicious meal honoring our northern neighbor including dishes like Smoked Meat Poutine (Hickory Smoked Chopped Brisket, Red Wine Gravy, Calyroad Creamery Cheese Curd, Smothered Over French Fries) and Labatt Steamed Lobster Tail (Labatt Seasoned Beer Broth, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, Haricot Vert and a Lemon Butter Sauce).
