Mardi Gras Brunch at Rosebud

Grab some beads and join Rosebud for an artfully crafted Mardi Gras brunch. Celebrate “Fat Saturday” with chef Ron Eyester and the Rosebud staff as they present a special menu featuring their takes on New Orleans’ classic dishes. Start with an order of crispy alligator tails (honey sesame and garlic glazed with soy mushroom salad) or try a muffaletta Benedict (Molinari & Sons salami, mortadella and cracked olive hollandaise), all followed by fried Krispy Kreme doughnut bread pudding (warm whiskey anglaise).
