Wacky-sounding combinations such as bluefin tuna and cornflakes or foie gras with barbecued eel, udon noodles and miso broth sound like fusion for fusion’s sake. But upon tasting one of these concoctions, prepare to have your preconceptions blown away. Not content to simply rely on food, this tapas bar also pulls in the wines (go for wine by the glass instead of the bottle) and an extensive martini list. D. $$.
