Gluten-Free Gourmet Cooking Class with Chef Paul Albrecht

Chef Paul Albrecht of Paul’s Restaurant will offer a unique opportunity to learn about and expand upon knowledge of gluten-free cooking. From 7-9 p.m. at The Cook’s Warehouse - Midtown, participants will imbibe in wine tastings sponsored while exploring the possibilities of gluten-free gourmet with proceeds going to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Chef Paul will share his secrets to preparing fine-dining favorites such as: Citrus-Cured Char with Jicama-Asian Pear Slaw; Goat Cheese Zucchini Blossoms; Herbed Quinoa-Stuffed Chicken Breast; Swiss Chocolate Tart with Nutella Cream and more.
