DARK HORSE: Best Vinyl From Another Era

Full Moon Records

Staff Pick

With a new generation of kids getting into the groove of old vinyl – and with worsening inflation robbing us of buying power – what the world needs now is a kick-ass $1 record bin. Climbing the rickety ladder into the crow’s nest of clearance LPs at FULL MOON RECORDS has become a rite of passage for Atlanta’s beat-diggers, thrift-store scroungers and anyone else who’s short on cash and doesn’t mind a few skips on his copy of Blonde on Blonde or Journey’s Greatest Hits. Of course, the tiny Candler Park shop has a decent selection of nonbudget used and new vinyl, as well. And after 17 years in the business, owner Ted Selke knows his stock inside and out.
