Want to learn all about the regional vegetarian cuisine of Kerala, India from Chef Asha Gomez of Cardamom Hill? Don’t miss a series of cooking classes every Saturday in August where participants will learn to create a variety of unique, fresh vegetarian dishes inspired by Chef Gomez’s childhood home. Classes are scheduled for August 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day. Cost is $85/person.
