Join Chef Cyrille Holota on Saturday, August 20 for an interactive cooking class in the kitchen at BLT Steak. The class theme, Cool Off for Summer: Frozen Desserts, Ice Creams and Sorbets, will take attendants on a culinary adventure for the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. BLT Steak’s cooking classes cost $50.00 per person and include wine pairings and samples of the dishes prepared.
