Cooking Class: Brunch Favorites from Haven and Valenza

When: Tue., Feb. 26, 7-9 p.m. 2013

Chefs Matt Swickerath of Valenza and Stephen Herman of HAVEN unite on the evening of February 26 for a special cooking class at Cooks Warehouse – Brookhaven Location – from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The theme of the class is “Brunch Favorites from HAVEN and Valenza” and attendants will learn to prepare brunch favorites from the menus of both restaurants. Menu: Corned Beef - Sweet Potato Hash; Poached Farm Eggs with Bernaise Sauce; Kale, Homemade Sausage and Mushroom Frittata; Bananas Foster Waffles with Candied Pecans; Baked Grits Casserole with Oven-dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese. The class costs $45.00 per person.
