Southern Heritage Cooking Series Cooking Demonstration & 3 Course Meal Chef Britt Cloud has been a student of the traditions of Southern Cuisine for many years. His passion for Southern Cuisine is what drives the menu at Sprig. During his cooking demo of select new items on the Summer Menu, the Chef will explain the Southern origin of the ingredients and preparation of the dishes.
