Learn techniques for making ceviche and tamales as Chef Clevenger demonstrates his Corvina Sea Bass Ceviche with avocado mousee and pico de gallo and Braised Pork Shoulder Tamale with bacon masa, green chile sauce, pico de gallo and crema. Also, he’ll show participants how to make the popular Tortilla Soup. The evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors chances to win prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
