"Catch, Clean, & Cook" Program

When: First Monday, Wednesday of every month. Continues through Nov. 30 2011

Chef Hartman will offer guests a guided Etowah River fly fishing tour for small or large groups. Following three hours of fishing, guests will make their way to Montaluce’s kitchen for an exhibition of cleaning the fish and tips for cooking. The day will end with a multi-course trout meal using the catch of the day paired with Montaluce wines.
