In hour-long sessions, Cacao Atlanta's Inman Park staff chocolatiers will teach you the fine points of embellishing large chocolate eggs—made from bean-to-bar chocolate—using cocoa butter and edible glitter. Each participant will receive a beautifully designed box to display the egg. After you’ve finished your masterpiece, photograph it and show it off on Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #chocoeggsinside. From those posted, Cacao will choose two winners—one selected by Cacao staffers, the other by readers. The prize is a box of 24 truffles (or a gift certificate for the equivalent of the truffle box, worth $63). Winners will be announced on March 30. Maximum ten people per class. Appropriate for all ages. Design students and creatives highly encouraged.
