Best Overuse of a Primary Color

At first, city leaders wanted to hire a world-famous architect to design the 17TH STREET BRIDGE linking Atlantic Station to Midtown. Hopes were that the bridge would be a nationally recognized landmark for Atlanta, like the St. Louis arch or San Francisco's Golden Gate. Since that was a smart idea, the Georgia Department of Transportation naturally abandoned it. Plan B was to build a regular bridge. And paint it the color of a lemon drop.
