Atlanta’s a town with lots of good margaritas, but POZOLE takes it to the next level. It’s the shaved ice that does it, transforming Pozole’s margaritas into grown-up sno-cones. The Virginia-Highland restaurant has the classics down pat (try the “perfect” margarita, a mix of Cuervo 1800 Anejo, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, sour mix and fresh lime juice), but isn’t afraid to get a little kinky, either. Jalapeño margarita, anyone? Bet you never thought a cocktail could set your mouth on fire and cool it off at the same time.
