THE GLOBE is the kind of restaurant wed love to see more of. Sleek design, friendly staff, a library room with Wi-Fi it incarnates the very best of whats suggested by its location, Technology Square. But Joshua Perkins cooking is pure heart. We love brunching here Saturday and Sunday. Our favorite lately has been the manchego and bacon frittata. We love the lemon and ricotta pancakes so much that we are inclined to double the order. Eggs Benedict over a potato latke is a terrific twist. For something light, try the rosewater fruit salad with spiced honey yogurt.
