BLT Steak Atlanta continues its Boucherie Dinner series this month with Beef Week. Between July 16 and July 22, Chef Cyrille Holota will offer a special menu, available prix fixe or a la carte, featuring different ways of serving and preparing beef. The series focuses on incorporating parts of the whole animal into a unique dining experience. For an additional $25, guests will receive wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche. The Boucherie Dinner series will continue through October with weeks highlighting fowl, venison and pork. Complimentary valet is always provided at BLT Steak Atlanta.
