Founded in 2000 at the former site of the historic Cotton Mill general store, Agave has built a strong reputation around its Southwestern inspired dishes with a fine-dining flair.
The restaurant takes its name from the plant from which tequila is made and for good reason. The bar is heavily stocked with rows of enticing tequilas. Stuffed mountain trout tomatillo and grilled red chile pork tenderloin are among the most satisfying offerings on the creative and eclectic Southwestern dinner menu.
