Walk through the bar bustling with the bejeweled and the beautiful, up the curving staircase, and into the hushed DINING ROOM AT THE RITZ-CARLTON BUCKHEAD. You’ll know this is going to be one special meal. Chef Arnaud Berthelier‘s inspired menu is creative yet uncompromising when it comes to taste. Even creams, foams and gelees never lose their roots in luxuriant flavor, and every surprise is as delicious as it is innovative.

Take a chance on a dish like Peking duck with tuna tartare and spicy tomato broth, or an appetizer of chanterelle cream with truffle ice cream, and you’ll be richly rewarded. Service is impeccable without a hint of snootiness. The Dining Room holds a special place in our hearts, not just because it serves some of the finest food in the country, but also because as an institution it’s helped to make Atlanta’s dining scene what it is today. Former chefs include Guenter Seeger and Joël Antunes, who have graced the kitchen of the Ritz then gone on to feed us exceptionally well at their own restaurants.
