When: Sat., April 13, 2-5 p.m. 2013
A gathering of Atlanta's top chefs will partake in a fried chicken cook-off in a tented lot next to Rosebud. Sponsors Springer Mountain Chicken and SweetWater Brewing Company will provide all of the chickens and brews. Participating chefs will be encouraged to work with any part of the chicken and challenged to produce their own unique interpretation of fried chicken. Additional drinks and sweet treats from High Road Craft Ice Cream will be available for purchase, plus live music by Pioneer Chicken Stand.
