Served with Cold Soul Winter Rye Lager; 2nd Course - Braised Beef Shortrib, spinach risotto, three onion ragout, olive oil poached heirloom tomatoes. Served with St. Mungo Scotch Ale; 3rd Course - Black Cherry Chocolate Torte, Coffee Crème, Oatmeal Granola Bar. Served with Max Black.
